She is currently a back-up host and moderator for ESPN's First Take with Stephen A. Smith and Molly Qerim. Arnolt is from Indianapolis, Indiana. Her ethnicity is Italian American. Arnolt began playing sports when she was a child, starting softball, volleyball gymnastics, volleyball, and later basketball. While she had always hoped to be a gymnast in the Olympics but injuries forced her to give up the idea. Her other ambitions were to play volleyball at the professional and collegiate level.
